Release notes?

Any chance we could get the Mod Formerly Known As Nine release notes EOD today, rather than when the servers come up? It's gold, right, so everything should be final? I even promise to post a llama (or to not post a llama, whichever you would prefer) :D

Release notes are coming Monday, while the servers are down, to give us something to read (and complain about).
