Coalition of Might (CoM) is a Family guild open to new players who are looking to enhance their gaming experience. We try to respect the feelings and desires of our members trying to help the guild as a whole. We are not an elite guild but do have some very highly skilled players who are willing to help out newer guildies. Please speak with any members for admission and they will contact an officer to invite you. coalition of might sarlona (http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=115225&TabID=983644). Crimson Guard : A fun-loving, pranksterish, kids at heart, kind of guild. We always have fun with what we are doing while respecting others and what they consider fun. We run weekly raids, have guild trade nights, and have guild "Handmedown" nights. We are much more interested in playing with friends and having a good time than trying to prove how "leet" we are, especially in a non-PVP game. Many old-timers, very few (if any) children. Many solid players with solid planning and tactics from the leadership of the guild. We try and focus the guild and help newer members level faster. We currently have over 200 active characters and would be more than happy to welcome you in if the above interests you. Feel free to contact myself or any other member of the CRIMSON GUARD if you have any questions. LEADER: ASGOOD

hiyas.

first off, www.guildmedieval.com.

and i quote,

"Guild Medieval was conceived and created to provide a safe environment for mature gamers who wanted to play online games with others and not deal with the immature antics often found in open games. Guild Medieval became a community for mature gamers everywhere and fostered camaraderie and friendships ever since."

Originally from Diablo 2, we value fun, friendliness, courtesy, fair play, and team work, in a family atmosphere. We currently support a variety of games. I've been a member since 2003, and have played with guild medieval in diablo 2, lineage 2, and world of warcraft.

I was the original guild leader of the Silver Legion on *forgotten merged server* on release, and i'm quite pleased to be back and re-opening shop.

Interested parties can find me in-game under the moniker "Candle", or applications can be placed on the guild medieval site.

The Covenant of the Phoenix is a multi gaming community that has been around for over 9 years with chapters in; AC-DT, SWG, Guild Wars, EQ2, LotRo, AoC, Vanguard, WoW, Warhammer, DDO, Darkfall, Mortal Online and EVE.

While we may be a multi gaming guild, we have always taken strides to maintain that close knit family oriented feeling that is often associated with smaller guilds. We have an active website, forums, FPS game server and a 400 person Ventrilo server.

Let's face it, mmorpgs come and go. When looking for a guild, you should look for one that is willing to expand into other games and has a history of stable leadership. We are a mature and drama free gaming community. Our members are easy going and joke a lot in ventrilo and on the forums.

We are not a flash in the pan guild that promises the world and vanishes months later. Our guild is in it for the long haul and that mentality is readily apparent when you consider that most of our chapters are still going strong after all these years.

A guild can make or break a person's experience in a MMO. Different guilds for different folks. The trick is finding one that will become more like a family than a guild and will last throughout the years.

The guild was founded on the principles of loyalty, honor, and brotherhood and thrives because on-line adventure games are more fun in the company of kindred spirits.

Our membership ranges in age from teens to the late fifties and geographically spans the globe (although most are adults residing in the North American continent). Most of us have jobs or college commitments and families, and therefore we support the premise that real-life has priority over game-life. So power gaming isn't required.

I encourage anyone that is looking to join a mature gaming community to visit our site, in any case, it doesn't hurt to look. So, feel free to visit us at:

Stout n Sturdy (http://snsguildforum.co.uk/forum/) is a guild for mature / casual players on the Cannith server of Dungeons & Dragons Online.

Guild Information:
Server: Cannith
Time Zones: UTC +/- 3
Guild Type: Mature / Casual
Website: http://snsguildforum.co.uk/forum/

Can everyone join Stout n Sturdy, or are there restrictions?
Everyone in our guild is 18 or older and the majority are over 21, almost all of us play the game from Europe. We are more than happy to accept non-Europeans in to our guild, bear in mind though that our play times are UTC +/- 3 hours.

The key issue is time-zones. There are many guilds in Dungeons & Dragons Online that cater for American time zones and evenings, we cater for European. Americans are welcome to join, but remember that 8pm in the UK (9pm in Germany,) is 3pm in New York and 12noon in California.

How can I join Stout n Sturdy?
Requirements:
* 18 years of age or older.
* Behave in a mature and tolerant manner.

Register on our message boards and have a look at our recruitment forums. For details contact Radi, Gory or Somara in game.

Do you participate in Roleplay?
Our guild is not a roleplay guild, however we do not restrict your play style. If you wish to participate in roleplay then you may do so. As a guild, we are respectful of roleplay and the roleplaying community.

Do you play other games?
We are a community of gamers who also play Lord of the Rings Online and Warhammer Online. You are welcome to join us in those games as well.

GUILD RECRUITING: If you would like to join our team, just give us a hjoller. We will give anyone a fair welcome. The only rules are...1.Have fun 2. Respect your fellow guild members, other guilds and players, and try to help out your guild team when you can. 3. Put your real life first. This is a game, and we understand your play time may be limited. RL comes first. Always.

GUILD DESCRIPTION:
We are an adventuring guild on the Cannith server. We consist of seasoned veterans, as well as newbies to Eberron. We like our guild to reflect the world of Eberron; flexible, unlimited, and adventurous. We like to learn/explore content together, and sharpen each others skills. The most important aspect to us is having fun. That's what it's all about. We treat guild members and all other guilds with respect, and don't mind pugging if we aren't running guild groups. We would like to keep a wide range of player levels from level one to capstone. As always, new content will be sought after and focused on, but all content is encouraged as well. We respect each others play styles, and adjust accordingly. We will encourage zergers, crawlers, role-players, and concept play styles as well. Just like Eberron, The Platinum Knights are unlimited.

Now a little history behind our guild name ^^

Bahamut, also referred to as the Deity of Dragons or the Lord of the North Wind, is a powerful platinum dragon and the king of the good dragons.

Bahamut is depicted as a massive dragon (approx 180 feet (55m)) long with a tail the same length as his body) with platinum scales and blue eyes, the exact color of which is hard to specify and may depend on Bahamut's mood. When he wishes to interact with mortals, he appears as an old man, accompanied by seven gold great wyrms polymorphed into canaries. Some claim these wyrms are reincarnations of dead kings, renowned for their senses of justice. Bahamut's antithesis is Tiamat, the chromatic dragon and Queen of Evil Dragons, worshiped by most evil dragons. Legends of their hatred of each other date back to times before Tiamat is supposed to have arrived on Toril. The dogma of Bahamut is based on:

Justice Nobility Protection and Honor.

He teaches his followers to always uphold the highest ideals of honor and justice, To be constantly vigilant against evil and to oppose it from all fronts, and To protect the weak, liberate the oppressed and defend just order.

Greetings-

Many have known my character, Thet Darkhand, a self-professed Harbormaster. It's true, and some have ridiculed his incessant rants as he has offered guidance and favors to those new to Stormreach's Harbor.

Well, as Cannith is the last bastion of new blood to DDO, we (that is, veterans with the aptitude to teach the new players of DDO) have come under the guild title The Last Harbormasters. Entry is simple -- be a very experienced, friendly & helpful player from any other server with extensive quest knowledge and the ability to save a party of 5 helpless from any elite in the Harbor in most level-appropriate situations.

Our goal is to help the new players of DDO get a firm foundation of the initial quests and their objectives in DDO. Instead of bumbling through every quest in a clueless group of 6, we try to take groups of 4-5 clueless with 1 or 2 harbormasters and press the group to its limits. Sometimes this may be normal or hard, other times the group may be savvy enough to complete the hardest initial quests on elite (WWs, Stealthy Repo, Irestone Islet, etc).

Our guildmembers are encouraged to also offer extreme assistance in all harbor-related quests, favor-unlocking for drow and build questions. The most important thing is to remember there is more than one way to skin a drow -- do not impress upon a new player that there is only ONE correct way to play or do any specific quest.

We're looking forward to "new" experienced players signing on with The Last Harbormasters -- a guild of leaders designed to teach the throngs of new players and future leaders of Cannith. Our website will be thelastharbormasters.net, but it is only a redirect to our guild portal (http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=329634&TabID=2761351).

V/R.

-Kistilan aka "Relics" of Cannith

PS: If David_Edwards doesn't update this in 3 months, and I've updated my three guides, I'll call dibs on organizing a guild listings for 6 months to a year if there are no objections. I've done it twice & helped restructure all 5 remaining servers guild listings (kudos to those that are still updating theirs, Psykosis, moonprophet, etc) -- I can do it one more time for the fledgling server before I slip into the white shores and green hills under a swift sunrise.

Kistilan you don't need to worry I am watching this thread. By the way I don't see your guild list threads on any of the other guild server forums, mine is there for Sarlona though.

Just making sure you're out there. Ret_Greenwood disappeared on us in the Guild Matchup forums and I took over for MantisDragon and The Hero of Stormreach on Argonnessen before I handed it off to Aargos about 2 years ago.

I organized a "reform" for the Guildlistings (which were all poorly managed/dead & spread across several threads on each server). The one prior to you was Ekental of Sarlona, but he left a year ago (so he said on my AIM last time we spoke). Others are still maintaining the pages they started after I got them to start up consolidated guildlistings. For the record I only maintained Argonnessen's from Sept 2006-Oct 2007 and the CGMG in the Guild Match-Up from Oct 2007 May 2009. I've discontinued the Guild Matchup (Categorical) due to Turbine's own products taking over this job and the lack of agreement by some to fall into a category.

Anyway... If you ever want any help consolidating or streamlining entries, PM me! I can help out.

We are only on the Canith server, and are listed as a Rogue guild in the guild directory. If you have questions on the entrance criteria, you are more than welcome to post questions here as well. I want your job -- I swear I'll do a good job. Can The Last Harbormasters get a welcome?

The Last Harbormasters (http://www.thelastharbormasters.net) is a veteran guild of leaders from the Five Servers merging on Cannith, the Final Frontier of DDO. Every officer is expected to have in-depth knowledge (mastery) of the game. Officers are of a cool and pleasant candour that can instruct, lead and guide a group of new players through nearly any quest on any difficulty. Direct promotion to Officer occurs when verified that the player seeking entry is Last Harbormaster material.

We have updated our guild recruiting policy to allow exceptionally strong-willed and intelligent players that have leadership experience in other MMORPGs to join The Last Harbormasters providing they've run with several TLH Leaders (Officers). Secondly, Officership Promotion may occur after the new member has covered approximately 90% of the content and can lead most quests on their own with no guildmates assisting. Again the demeanor (attitude) of these recruits is a direct factor in our recruitment policy. A tempered will and capacity to lead by example or through instruction is necessary to be a Harbormaster.

I just started a guild called "The Wolves of Stormreach". A friendly guild for people who like to go in groups, and who like to have fun. We can do it all, from zerging to rp. So, if you are mature, please look us up in myDDO, OR you can find me ingame on Cannith server.

Brodeth Din Jedar - BDJ - have now been formed on Cannith.
Guild Master - Cloista
We're a mainly EU based (though now with some US members) guild of friends, old and new, who are in it purely for the fun of things, to enjoy the game and each other's company. Banter is rife, so a sense of humour and a thick skin are required!

very laid back mature guild, so laid back we dont have a website. 1/2 of us know each other IRL the other half are really cool ppl we wouldnt mind having a beer with if we met them. Feel free to group up with any of us and see if you like our play style (its everything from comic zerging "watch that stupid mage hug a mob", to a slow and methodical dissection of a quest). No whiners, irritating children, or ego pumping goofs (i have a level 9 million death knight cambion ranger on the village people server).

leader (because he bought the charter): Kevnar

The Gatekeepers
The Gatekeepers were started primarily for one reason: Forming parties at levels higher than 6, particularly for P2P content, can be quite difficult. With that in mind the guild operates quest-runs of both F2P and P2P content for levels 4-and-up on a regular basis with scheduled runs taking place most Saturdays and Sundays. A close second to that is Storytelling, Character Development, and RP. Because the game can get repetitive without it.

We are seeking Mature, Organised individuals who are at their most-active on weekends, Premium and VIP players are especially welcome, but F2P players will not be turned away. If your hours coincide with time-zones GMT +8 to +12 on a regular basis then we'd like to hear from you. PM Baenlynn (http://forums.ddo.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=310160) for more details and any questions you have.

Elemental Dawn

Leader: Twinpeaks (alt, Atomu, and a few others)

Elemental Dawn is a large guild with over 100 members, and usually more than 20 people on at any given moment. There's no "meta" purpose for the guild. We are mostly F2P players with characters ranging from levels 7 up to 15. (alts are allowed below 7).

We are currently a small Guild and we are looking for a few good players. We are looking for mature players that are drama free and want to have fun. If you are a vet or new player, f2p or VIP you are welcome to join us. We will not except elitist attitudes, complainers, or jerks. The founders of the guild been playing for a years. We will help anyone out that is willing to learn. All we ask is play your best and learn form your mistakes. We have a strong rep already. Or guild might be small right now but it is filled with strong solid players. Just send a tell to any member (someone is always on) or send a in game mail to preacherman or pheromone.

The Tough Brets

The Tough Brets are an off the radar guild. I figured I'd get our name on the list for the server though. We don't traditionally recruit, we invite players. We usually raid with Broken Alliance, Loot, and Gods and Heroes.

http://toughbrets.mmoguildsites.com is our website, not much there for a non-tough bret but there it is!

We are a European guild who have set up a US chapter to cater for our brethern who have "seen the light" and migrated to the US servers to continue their epic adventures in this glorious world of D&D.

We are a small mature, easy going guild who like to get together and kick the **** out of the multitude of mobs who inhabit Stormreach.

As we have now opened our US chapter, we are actively recruiting new members to bolster our ranks and continue to enjoy our adventures.

So if you are looking for fun, friends and fabulous LOOT come give us a try-out :)

I'm on almost every night with different characters.

The IRON (http://my.ddo.com/guild-cannith-iron/) Guild has been founded on the Cannith server, and is welcoming new members!

First and foremost, we are here to have FUN! In IRON (http://my.ddo.com/guild-cannith-iron/), we believe in working together for the betterment of all. We want to make sure that the newer players learn to play the game well - so that our more experienced players have reliable party members when they run elite dungeons and raids.*

We are looking for easy-going, mature-minded players (VIP, P2P or F2P) looking to have fun. We don't need any drama, griefers, cheapskates or non-team players - so check those bags at the door. Be willing to follow the advice or instructions of the veterans, regardless of their in-game level - maybe you'll learn something!

Contact myself (Rathinosk) or one of our officers (Narzic, Aleksi, Andraken) on the Cannith server if you would like to join. All of us had to start somewhere, so if you are just starting out, make sure you let us know and we'll help you develop your character the best we can.

IRON Guild Page (http://my.ddo.com/guild-cannith-iron/)

*DDO certainly doesn't need any more "noobs" that would leave their tank to rot in the depths of an elite dungeon (after lighting it up to yellow alert - thanks for that) just because they couldn't hack it. Heck, they were even warned to stay together, but no... :(

We are a Warforged exclusive DDO guild.

Now the war is over. Or is it? We were trained to strike our enemy when he could not evade. We were trained to bleed trough opposition, cut down our opponents, strike where it hurts most, find a way when there was none. Is this "peace" just a new kind of test? This politics is something we were not trained for, is this a call to adjust for a new kind of war?
We have been forged for war, are we supposed to live in peace? What purpose do we now server?

Guild rules:
1. Use common sense.
2. Behave.

If you feel like you could manage in our guild with these strict rules, drop in a application (http://www.xfire.com/communities/ohm/forums/11444/topic/76042/) or contact KoneMestari ingame.
That is, as long you are not a soft meat bag.

It does not matter how much you play, do you pay to play or how well you know Dungoens & Dragons (Online), but it helps if you wan't to get into officer standing inside of the guild.
We seek to do warforged exclusive raids, help out new players and in over all enjoy playing a superior race.

In otherhand, if the rules are too much to bear, join your warforged character to the race channel with command
/joinchannel warforged

i find it really funny that theres a official guild list post with no mention at all of gods and heros, broken alliance, and barely a mention of loot.
maybe this is the official list of guilds who don't raid.

Hello fellow DDO'ers

Myself along with my husband and our very good friend have recently created a guild called "The Draenei of Crimson Souls" we are located on the 'Cannith' Server and we are looking to see our guild grow. We are usually on every night any where from 5pm-10pm PST and on the weekends usually all day...yeah we're DDO addicts

We are a group of players who enjoy the game and we aren't afraid to die, if we do, we get right back up and try it again, we take our time when doing quests and we pick up all the loot, we don't just run through a quest and leave all the goodies...the goodies you find in the quests are the great rewards of killing and being killed and that's the kind of members we want in our Guild, members who feel the same way. So if you're up for playing the game with a bunch of crazy nutty DDO'ers and you ain't afraid to die, then feel free to send me a 'Tell' or send me a message through one of the mailboxes and I'll get back with you.

My Characters are as follows (All on the 'Cannith' server)...

Vahnesha - Ranger lvl.5
Aglaina - Rogue lvl.4
Inlairiel - Monk lvl.6
Rownia - Monk lvl.3/Wizard lvl.1
Veriswen - Fighter lvl.4/Rogue lvl.1
Mizzus - Monk lvl 5

No matter what Class and/or Race you happen to be, it doesn't matter to us, we would be honored to have you as a member of "The Draenei of Crimson Souls".

::RULES::

* Must be at least Lvl. 3 to join
* Must be respectful to all your fellow guild members
* Have Voice Chat...recommended, but not required
* Have Fun!!!

The members of "The Draenei of Crimson Souls" look forward to hearing from you soon and we bid you good day.

Inglorious Bastards

A fast growing guild. Room for all types of players. Just dont be a jerk.(that role has already been filled)

Leader: Preacherman

Due to a complaint or something of the sorts we are now

"In Violation"

we are still looking for mature and fun guildies, we lost our jerk (who we miss) but that doesn't mean we want him replaced - so preach's rule of "no jerks" is still in effect.

What can the Guild of Calamitous Intent do for you?

Seeking: Noobs and those interested in assisting new players.
Motto: By Noobs, For Noobs (latin: Per Novus, Pro Novus)
Server: Only on Cannith

We have approximately 50 active players and 145 current Alts on Cannith Server. We have an active forum site with over 2000 posts in only 5 months since the guild started. There you can meet your fellow guildies, organize and participate in events and contests (we have given many great prizes, even a +2 dex tome), seek help from officers and guildies alike, take advantage of our knowledge, use your knowledge to help other players, and more!

We are an 18+ international guild that almost always has players online. We are an anti-zerg (no rushing) guild that believes real life comes first. We also want to help you learn the game. If you are a veteran player we would love to have you join us to share your knowledge! If you are a noob, then this guild was made with you in mind!

The Team

Skarro: Leader and co-founder who is anxious to meet new players and help them out in any way possible.

Trasd: DDO Welcoming Officer and Second in Command. He is willing to help any player, guildie or not, with learning the game basics including assisting you with technical problems as well as showing you around the game.

Chaia: Guild Welcoming Officer. She will help you get comfortable in the guild and assist you with getting around Stormreach!

Funkie: Morale Officer and Mentor. He helps to organize events, contests, and more.

Waywalker: Events Officer. He is willing to organize events and static groups.

Pramila: Guild Alcoholic. *Sips his Beer well aware of the daunting task lying ahead of him. Six more cans in the fridge and out of Alcohol resistance spells. Hirelings? Nah, I always Solo.*

Brudy: Recruitment Officer. He tries to make your entry into the guild as smooth as possible.

Moonbunny: DDO Welcoming Officer. She helps the noobs on Korthos when she gets bored.

Neonspeed

Guild Law in Brief

18+ We don’t want to kill your innocence, because we will.

Fuctional understanding of English. You do not need to be fluent, but you do need to be able to communicate.

No Zerging or Rushing unless it is agreed upon by all. Even we go fishing for muckbane sometimes.

Real Life Comes First. We have paused quests for diaper changes, killer bees, spouse aggro, and beer. We expect you to do the same for us.

Be nice to eachother! If you have a problem with a player you cannot resolve between the two of you, we have ways to work it out nicely.

Follow Turbine’s EULA! Cheating, Harrassment, and Spamming is not tolerated among other things.

How to Apply

Navigate to our forum site: http://calamitousguild.freeforums.org
There, you can create an account, fill out an application, and we will give you our reply ASAP and try to find you in game. You may also check out all of the other info on our forums while you are there to see what we have to offer!

This list hasn't been updated in almost four months.

It should probably be unpinned so that an active poster can start and maintain an updated list as well as sparing people the effort of posting a guild profile or searching out a listed guild that may have gone inactive.

I wonder if Cannith is as bad as other servers. I suspect it is.

I was on Argo the other day leveling up my daughter's 1st level wizard (don't ask), and during my run of the Korthos quests, I received no fewer than three blind guild invites.

Amazing. The rare spectacle these days is to find someone who *isn't* in a guild.
