i have a problem in reinstating my subscription and the called the hotline. after listened to the voice recording, it just keep playing DDO music. I made the first call and waited for 6 mins, and then tried a 2nd call and waited for another 12 mins.

my calls are using skype that charges per min.

thanks I've just got it done at my 4th or 5th attempt. from the skype log, the call lasts for 20 mins 10 seconds. The actually conversation lasts for 2-3 mins at most. So, I've spent 17 mins to listen to your music. i'm just unlucky to call in a peak hour?!

I hope you understand how frustrating to wait for so long. you could look up my userid to verify.

I had a problem in the last couple of weeks. They account support rep was able to resolve my issue on the call. Was happy with the experience.
