I just want to play this game!!!! HELP!!!!!!

I downloaded the hi res version and can't play because I don't have a product key and didn't get a product key email. I've done it twice with 2 different emails and still can't play this game.
SOMEBODY HELP ME! MY TRIAL HAS ALREADY STARTED!

wish i could help ... i dont recal having any problems when i first signed up for the trial, then started the paid subscription only a day or two later. i was trying to help someone out in game yseterday that was in on the trial, but couldnt upgrade till mod nine launched on sept 9th. that shouldnt have anything to do with your delima though ... maybee try posting a thread in Free Trial Assistance (http://forums.ddo.com/forumdisplay.php?f=80) forum, and see if an official can help you out.

i do recal now, that i had a hard time signing up with an aol email address. i had to use a non aol email address for some reason. never figured out why, but after i was registered and all, i changed it back to the aol email and everything seems to work fine. :confused:

again, wish i could be more help, but this isnt my area of expertise .... come to think of it, im not sure i have an area of expertise. lol.

unlockem, since you have a Forum account, you should have a game/account login as well. The username that you created when you registered for the trial should allow you to log into the game. If you're not sure what this is, please feel free to contact the Account Management department.

You won't be receiving a product key, as the system automatically applies it to the account for you. If the install is asking for a product key, just skip or ignore that step and it will finish installing just fine.
