Most populated server

Hi. I come here from DDO Europe, waiting for the opening of DDO:EU I bought an US account, so I can start on 1st September and being a VIP after that. I'd like to know, just as of now, what is the most populated server amongst the 5 servers? I read Argonessan. Is it true?

Well in most games, the server that is at the top when you first log on is almost always the most populated. And since they usually go in alphabetical order, that would be a good guess. I do know that a lot of your fellow Euros ended up on the Thelanis server and have at least 2 guilds going there.

I remember someone doing a good survey of the pop for a week or 2.. Few months back tho.

Argo was top by a fair bit
Khyber was slightly ahead of Thelanis
Rest were a bit lower

Khyber has some of the european players that switched too, some of the non-trash ones heg, good players. Tho the guy I spoke with did mention most of his guild going to Thelanis.

I think khyber and thelanis make the best choice if you wanna group with great players right now. Argo maybe too big and too laggy and never really had players bring in the big accomplishments first like Khyber and Thelanis do.

On Argo, there are the good players... then there is everyone else.

The good players generally level their characters dragging 5 others kicking and screaming in soulstone form through dungeons that they hoped not to have to solo.

That, and we get nagged to go *back* for half an hour(15 min each way... or so it seems) to pick up a stone and take it to a shrine so we can pick the stone up again in 45 seconds.

All of the servers have plenty of players, I don't think there are any servers that have significantly higher pops. Although if any do, it'd be Argo due to its position at the top of the initial server list.
