question re: forum access for former VIPs

i've heard that forum access for free-to-play accounts will be similar to the access that trial accounts have now, but what about former VIPs? will they still have forum posting privileges like those of paid subscribers?

I think premium accounts will have access I know they arent supose to have the same limits on tells in game so should be the same here I would think

that's what i was thinking too but i couldn't find it posted anywhere, and confirmation would be nice.
