The dagger is vendor trash. Sell it to the House Deneith weapons broker for best results.

The rr disruption pick is real nice. I was scanning the AH every day to find myself a pair of finessable lvl 8 disruptors and it took me several months. You should get something nice for it. Probably not DOD-nice, but something.
