I have mine on auto pay and they too 18.99 this month. When did they change this and why?

Are you paying through paypal, or using a credit card from a non-USA bank/company? Third party internet payment things often have extra charges tacked on. If you are from a place that doesnt use US currency, then you can have both extra charges tacked on for the conversion, as well as the price change depending on your countrie's currency compared to the US currency. For example, canadians are likely paying about 17CAN$ instead of 15US$

no no no, thats not it at all...

If your not a Member of Legion, you get charged $1.00 for every time you are in a group with one of their members.

So obviously, the Op ran with a Member of Legion 4 times last month.
