When, in the course of recent and past events it becomes neccassary to acknowledge at least a glimmer of hope that there would be at least one act of one man to show this wonderful community that our concerns are of importance.

This week, many players were subjected to an error in logging in that upset a good number of players. Their concerns and feelings about was well warranted and yes, was addressed. Yet, in all the anger and frustration was one post by SIG that although was not his personal responsiblity to do, he in such a humble act gave an apology to us. With an acknowledgement of concerns of many of us about poor customer service and that it was a mistake that should not be repeated. Such a simple act bodes well for Turbine and should show a proper respect and understanding of our desire for a level of respect a company should show to their customers. Here is his words:

So, even though others might have a dim view of Turbine as a whole that we can at least see a glimmer of hope in Turbine for the kind act of one employee. Acts or an understanding of this nature should be praised and acknowledged for what it is. Turbine could learn from SIG's single act of humilty. If those have rep to give and wish to, return his wonderful act with a positive rep for SIG. If I had more to give him, I would.

SIG has always been a class act.

However, my opinion of Turbine as a whole and as a corporate entity is somewhat differant.

Don't worry, I am sure someone talked to Sig about this to make sure it won't happen again in the future.... if not, well someone should.

Indeed. They should take note.
