I was trying to do some planning for one of my characters so I checked the compendium for a more detailed description of Exalted smite. But looking through the enhancements on the Paladin page, I couldn't find them. Then I tried searching for it, and while I got hits, when I clicked on the article it claimed that there was no entry. Also, when I looked at the requirements for Knight of the Chalice, it required Divine Might I or Divine Sacrifice I. No Exalted Smite I listed even though it was one of the options listed in Eladrins preview.

So, is this a compendium bug or is Exalted Smite going bye-bye?

I can't recall there ever being a compendium page for it, so I'd say it's a documentation error rather than the outwards sing of a stealth nerf.

Its a compendium error, report it twice a day (like i do) and some day they'll get around to fix it

It serve no purpose to report something this often. It just floods them with useless data. If you reported it once, you did your job.

They can't create a page like this. It requires them to update the game, usually. If they have not yet fixed it, it most likely requires a game update.

There once was. More likely than not, something affected ID 1879089056 and it can no longer display the data.

Really? interesting, good to know. I just assumed the compendium was a webpage and could be updated like one.

Nope. It pulls all of its data from the game. If the definition sucks here, it sucks in-game too which is very telling.

Many feature can be updated like traditional wiki, although the Compendium is a little more trouble to change since it speaks constantly with the game, but the data for feats, spells, classes, paths and the like can only updated by updating the game. Maybe in this case the error is on the Compendium side but it's not 100% guaranteed, or even close to that.

Well, considering that the enhancements do exist in Beta and i have them all, i am guessing that its got to be some sort of communication problem or an unplanned exclusion on the compendium side.
