I am EXTREMELY upset right now about the fact that my other account is receiving an error message when trying to reactivate. I changed the credit card that I was using and now I get this error message every time I click resume. All of the info is correct.

* The system was unable to resume your subscription. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. [err: 30032]
* The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. [err: -2]

The system is hitting my credit card with $1 charges but nothing is actually happening in regards to turning my account back on. This is not the first time this has happened, I have been reading posts about this error from over a year ago, you need to get it together, this is ridiculous.

This error has recently occurred again. It has not been an issue for the past year. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. I am happy to assure you that the $1 authorizations that you're seeing are just holds, and will be automatically released back to your card within a few days.

We're working to fix this error, and will certainly announce when it is resolved. In the interim, if you contact the Account Management department, they are happy to assist and reinstate your account for you. Phone and email options are in my signature.

One of my accounts is doing the same thing... I noticed that under my subscription plan, it says it was deactivated on September 2, 2009

My guess is that's part of the problem. I've been on hold with telephone support for nearly an hour .. so we'll see if they can fix it over the phone...

Just got off the phone with the rep .. told him I had the reactivation bug ... he verified my personal information ... reactivated my account .. badda bing badda boom ... took a whole 20 seconds.

same here, the problem was the 1 hr wait, I have better things to do than sit on the phone for 1 hr
