A static group I belong to has decided to branch out a little and make a WF only group that can cover the needed roles with only the four of us.

I've been messing with the character planner, trying to make a rogue2/bard14 (eventually 2-18) capable of disarming traps, buffing, and fighting when needed. I won't be the primary tank or the primary healer ...

The forums are pretty thick with builds, but I haven't seen any that fit these requirements. The ones I've put together seem to fall a little short of expectations (base 230 hp and 330 sp). I have access to some tomes ... +2 dex and +1 int in the bank ... and I can probably get more if needed.

The other 3 roles will likely be a DR intimitank, sorc, and ranger/fighter.

The skills/abilities/enhancements I'd like to bring include:
- warchanter with max damage enhancments available to uncapped bard
- UMD for raise dead, repair scrolls and wands
- search, disable, open lock

The feats I've tried in the build so far include:
- weapon focus and power attack (required for warchanter)
- toughness
- mithral body
- two weapon fighting
- improved two weapon fighting

So should I stick with the rogue2-bard14 or try to add a level of fighter for the extra feat (I feel like I'm going to need extend if I intend to buff)?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated - most anything (feats, classes, etc.) are negotiable as long as the needed role is filled.

An all WF group will be a very fun idea.

I have several bards, and Tripple my pure WF is my favorite. You can find his complete write up here (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=170377).

I any case, drop mithral body, AC is pretty pointless on bards. With the Tripple build you will have 40+ UMD at 16 with no rogue splash.

If you go pure, I'd suggest the ranger take a rogue level for traps, etc. 18 ranger/ 1 rogue/ 1 monk works very well.

IF you had your heart set on the two rogue splash and going twf-ing, your feats might look like this:

twf
itwf
gtwf
icrit
wf
pa
(extend at 18)

Swap icrit for toughness when you make two min2 weapons.

That build would be a bit feat starved, and is why I prefer Tripple over my other rog splashed bard.
