enlighten me a bit here. Transmuting in the new mod is going to carry the same properties as the type of metal used to bypass some DR.

So in essence the transmuter will act as a "silver" compound and thus bypass certain creatures DR such as devils and Harry.

Am I missing something here or is there an added benefit to having it as a transmuter AND silver?

im just not hip to all this stuff.

It has the potential to go through demon dr as well (in what seems to be future updates..?)

There's not a benefit to having it silver, i just wanted to be clear about what the item really is.

thanks - for a minute i thought there was a "double-secret" DR i was going to need to bypass as well.
