do you mind it being multiclassed?
do you have a preference on the race?
Have you had a look at the Pres and do you have a preference on them?
and do you have 28pt or 32pt?
There are plenty of builds out there. i'd also recommend having a look at the excellent guide below as well

Don't roll your rogue yet.
32pts is tangible end-game, especially dex-based. Prestige classes are enhancements taken at 6/12/18, and they determine a great deal about your character. Thief Acrobat for example, gets a bonus with the staff weapon, and those do not apply weapon finesse making them always strength based and they are obviously not two-weapon fighting. If you wanted to do that one for it's other benefits, dex based might not be the best way to go.
I am looking to make my rogue. I've got 32pts, and I'm probably still going to need a +1int tome to pull off everything I want from him.

Couldn't put it better myself :)
Adding on to that - if you really want to roll a rogue - unlock drow (either by getting 400 favor or buying in the store when DDO:EU is released)
Drow recieve bonuses to dex, int and cha, which make them pretty decent dex rogues if built correctly. Just remember not to dump con on them.

Anyway I ll go with this Rogue and surely make a new one later, I really dont mind that, as I love rogues in D&D.
The thing is , Im lvl 5 Rogue able to level to 6 and actually I dont know what feat to get, I have Finesse,Toughness and TWF =S.
