Is there somewhere I can read what stacks?

I realize that two plus dex items dont stack, but does this count toward skills etc as well.

Could I make a haggle suit to wear? In other words different items with +5 haggle skills on it, or hide etc?

Is it just base scores that never stack?

Also what is the point of + arrows if those dont stack on a + bow.

rule of thumb: same boni dont stack except dodge, there only same values on items dont stack

as most skillboni are competence, they dont stack with each other

and the point of + arrows is that you can use a +5 bow and whatever special arrow you want, like bane, slaying, extra dmg, etc

same goes vice versa, ig you have an uber +1 bow, its better with +5 arrows

Generally, bonuses of the same type(protection, natural, enhancement, etc.) do not stack. The exception to this is Dodge(all dodge bonuses stack, except for bonuses of equal magnitudes on items; so a +3 dodge ring doesn't stack with a +3 dodge bonus on armor). The other exception is untyped bonuses(the Angers Gift set bonus to-hit is untyped, for example, and stacks with everything).

In terms of haggle specifically, only one +haggle item will work at a time. Later, you can get some crafted raid gear that will also improve your haggle, but that is a bit down the road for you.

I couldnt figure out what the point of a +1 arrow was if I was using a +1 bow.
Is the +1 arrow there more for a bow that doesnt have a + To hit/damage?


Also what about set bonus, I have a set that adds +1 dex, does that carry over if im using an Item that has +2 dex?

the +1 arrow is for when you dont have any other ammo for your +5 bow :p
or for low lvls ofc

There is no set bonus that gives +1 dex. What you likely have is the Pathfinder's Necklace (http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s220/jgould2005/DDO/Items/Necklaces/PathfindersNecklace.jpg) where the item gives +1 dex(enhancement) and the set bonus gives +2 to hit(untyped) if you are wearing both the necklace and the boots.

Thank you, you're right. I have the trouble shooters set I think, but its like you said.

Loving this game, played way back at launch for a few weeks and am really not sure why I left....Great game.
