i upgraded my beta account to unlimited but all i can access is the beta still i cant join the live servers,also i got absolutly nothing for upgrading my account.i have both clients installed but the current live servers are all blocked out for this account even after i upgraded can anyone help i sent tix to admin but it says a 1-2 week wait in the meantime ive paid for something i cant even use.thanks for any advice

Email responses from the Account Management department currently have a turn around of about a week. They are working to answer all questions as quickly as possible, and they are answered in the order they are received. You can also call - phone times and number are listed in my signature.

did you go to DDO.com and download a new (live) version of the client? ( i see above that you have. Is it current?) check the beta threads there has been some problems related about activating one after the other.
Beta accounts do not transfer to live servers (stated in many threads here)
Check you emails make sure you have both the log on and passwords correct( they may not be the same)
Some emails from accounts.turbine have links to follow to open accounts, did you follow the whole email?
