1: no, spells only
2: yes
3: for spells, yes
4: no, they share the same timer, cant use both (though you have more charges in total if you take both)

Thanks for the response. Looks like i would take the human enhancements over the ranger ones unless i had extra feat points or, like you mentioned, wanted extra uses of the +skill stuff.

Since Visty did a fine job answering your question.

For Spells: Improved Recovery and Ranger Devotion also stack with Devotion/Potency/Healing Lore items. Spellsinger Song/Aligning the Heavens also adds bonuses.

Human Improved Recovery stacks (multiplicative) with Healing Amplification items. (ex. Leviks Braciers, Greensteel weapons, Finger Necklace)

All this put together can be really powerful. I know my human Ranger can hit himself for up to 100 pt on a Cure Serious Wounds spell. Also, it’s very useful for your friendly neighborhood cleric as they can either heal you via mass cures or reserving lower level, single target, spells that are less likely to be on cooldown timer.

Extra Note: If you can get a +5 Superior Devotion IV Heavy Shield you are going to be a happy ranger. At high levels you know that you want that self healing when you’re going to get hit, a lot. So in one hand you have all your blocking DR and +50% to all your cure spells. (It’s also easier to find on your toolbars.)
