Neutral Good Dwarf Ranger 2/Rogue 1
Starting stats of:
16
14
16
14
12
6
Has ranks in Balance, Hide, Jump, Move Silently, Open Lock, Search, Spot, Tumble, and Use Magic Device.
Feats so far are Toughness, and Skill Focus: Disable Device.
My main goal is to be a good DPSer, and have the durability to stay alive as one. I'd also like to be able to find and disable traps as well as possible. And being able to cast all the Ranger spells would be nice too.
What do you guys think?

Well, if you have no ranks in Disable Device then you should consider rerolling...

You should be fine. The stats are good, though you probably will want good Dex and resistance items to make sure your reflex save is high enough for Evasion to be effective. Just make sure the you max Disable Device, Search, Spot, and UMD. You don't have to have max Open Lock, but try to keep it fairly high. Other skills are your choice, but Balance, Tumble and Haggle are all nice. Stealth can be useful depending on your playstyle.
Put you level ups into strength, use dwarven axes and you should be good. The only thing you might want to swap out is Skill Focus:Disable. With a 14 Int, max skill ranks and a decent item you should be fine. You may want to carry a few Fox's Cunning and Heroism pots for tougher traps though. Your feat slot would be better spent as a combat feat or at least Skill focus UMD to make up for your Chr and the paucity of UMD items.
Finally, what split are you planning on? You can go mostly Ranger or mostly Rogue, but some splits are better than others.
Edit: Though if you took Ranger first, re-roll. Always start a character with Rogue levels as a Rogue.

Ranger gets 6 skills/level, Int 14 gives another 2. So 8 skills/level.
You are maxing (Balance, Hide, Jump, Move Silently, Open Lock, Search, Spot, Tumble, and Use Magic Device) 9 skills. That will be a problem.
You should have maxed Search, Disable Device, UMD. If not, reroll. I would recommend you also max Intimidate, Spot and Open Lock.
Any other skill is optional.

I might forego the Intimidate. You are not focusing on AC and with a starting Cha of 6, you would have a long way to go to get Intimidate up high enough as it is cross classed, so its pointless.
I assume you will be 15 Ranger/1 Rogue, so all your Rogue abilities will cross classed, DD and OL so that makes 4 points. Search & Spot is 2 more for 6. If you want UMD there go your last 2 of 8 points/level. So you would have to give up one of those for Intimidate or anything else, like Balance, Hide, Jump etc.
Tough choices.

IMHO if your skills are well spent (ex. *Disable Device* ;) ) you could also go with a barbarian splash.

Good point, I don't think the Skill Focus is doing much. I'm doing All ranger with 1 or 2 Rogue, still not sure yet, open for suggestions.

Not Lawful =\

I believe Search, Disable Device, and UMD are maxed. I don't think I'll do any intimidate.
