I just purchased the digital version of it.
and then I noticed that the download is only available in North America, it was too late..

but I still want to play this game since I played this in Korea..

Please help me download this client.
Tell me where I can download this!!
not just from DDO.com, anywhere will be ok as long as I can download and enjoy this game!!

I tried to contact support team but I couldn't.

If anyone help me, I will really thank you..

I couldn't download the high version, I guess becuase I am outside of US...

I managed download standard resolution version anyway..
and I just bumped in another problem..

30 days pass is included in the digital package (or any other packages..)
and yet I cannot activate my account.
Is this because that I havn't give them my credit card information??

If it is not, please let me know how to activate my account so I can finally enjoy this game...

You should be able to upgrade your account by following these directions:

-Go to https://myaccount.turbine.com.
-Log in to Manage Your Turbine Account with the same username and password that you use to log into the game.
-Enter your new key in the space provided:
-Confirm that you are upgrading the subscription.
-Select payment option "Game Card or Other Payment Method"
-On the next page, select "I don't have one now, I'll give you one later."
-Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
-Then start or re-start your game launcher and play!

You may have to call or fax your card details to add them to the system. The phone number and hours are listed below. If you prefer to fax, please send an email to the Account Management department via the form below and they will be happy to send you the information required.
