this stuff isn't addressed in the Faqs, and there would seem to be no way of contacting Turbine directly... if there IS a direct contact email, could someone PLEASE direct me to it?

Anyway, I am currently on the Unlimited Beta and here are my questions for turbine...

1: If I sign up for a subscription, will that carry over when it goes live?
2: will adding a subscription to the beta account distrupt anything?
3: are the beta testers going to get any subscription deals, like the beta testers for LOTR? I remember some good deals when I beta tested for LOTR, but I cant remember any for DDO when I beta tested for the original release...

I think that's about it...

Agian, if anyone knows of a way that I can contact turbine directly, please let me know.. I have scoured the "support" site, and only found Faqs and other "non-direct contact" options... Honestly, turbine, I don't have cooties! haha

You can contact Turbine by phone or online. More details here (http://www.ddo.com/ddosupport).

Your subscription will carry over to live. As for the rest, nothing has been announced yet.

I tried the links that you directed me to, but none of them work... the account support requires me to be a current subscriber, the techinical support is not relevant to what i am asking and ther other "supports" dont seem to have a direct contact/ticket option.
I tried the Account Management one, but it won't allow me to submit a ticket if I don't have a current subscription, as I've said.

You have a current (Beta) subscription, so there should be no restriction on you submitting any email/form requests. If for some reason you can't get links to work, you can go directly to the new support site here: http://www.ddo.com/ddosupport.

You can email the Account Management department directly from here: http://www.ddo.com/component/content/article/482-account-ticket. Just include your Beta game login and put 0's for your card details.

However, answers to some of your questions below:

1) Yes. In order to keep full access, you'll need to keep paying, but that can carry over.

2) No. This gives you immediate access to the live servers as well as access to the Beta server. Just be sure you upgrade your subscription instead of creating a new one, to keep things simple.

3) Any news about subscription plans will be announced via the website and forums. However, current subscribers do get additional perks. For more information, please see the FAQs and other post listed below:

Thank you muchly!

Acctually, at the time of posting this thread and the last response, I did not have a subscription... I only went to subscription a few days ago.. just decided to risk it, since there were no solid answers comming at that particular time.
