Update Account

Im a subscriber but didnt get a Beta Key.
One day i log on Lamannia and play the Beta for a little time and bought some Turbine Points.
Now i cant log anymore.
There´s a way to get a Beta Key and play with *my* account?
I have 2 other Beta keys in my emails, but i want to update *my* account.

Thanks Victorie but until now not even a single confirmation email... :(

Email turn around for the Account Management department is about 3-5 business days at the moment. They are working to speed up that process. All emails are answered as quickly as possible in the order they are received. The new email system doesn't send confirmation emails that a request was received - sorry for any confusion.
