No Boots of Running for Limited Edition?

I recently upgraded to a limited edition version of the game and there are no Boots of Running on my character.

I dont know how you can get them but they are pretty worthless only add 5% at most I use them until 2nd lvl usually I dont use them even that long

I saw one the other day in a gamestop clerk said it was a pre-order that a guy never came in for.

Do you do something special to retrieve them? And yeah I bought the extra copy from what was left over.

You can also call the Account Management department for assistance - hours and number are listed in my signature. Current turn around for Account Management emails is about 3-5 days. We are working to get that shorter again.
