I offer 10 scales.
Now they aren't QUITE large. More like mediumish, but I'm sure if you water them properly they will be larges soon :D

Nah, thanks anyway. Its rarity and usefulness makes it worth more than that. Thanks anyway. I'll just keep it.

I dont think so. Give it a month or two of people playing with the new WoP and I'm sure it will still be in demand. People are just reacting right now without knowing. Read the Release notes on the change and you'll see that it's still quite powerful.
06-25-2009, 09:23 AM Tolero posted the Mod 9 Sneak Peek release notes which states:
Being reduced to 0 constitution will no longer kill players or monsters. They will be stunned for a short period of time and then behave as if they had been reduced to 0 in any other ability score. (Automatic criticals, etc.)
Red named bosses can now be affected by up to 10 points of ability damage in each ability score, this cannot drop them below 1 in an ability score.
Imagine a rogue or bard quickly stunning everything as if stunning blow. The rest of the party would be finishing everything off so quickly it'd be sick. Their hit points would be so low by the time that they are stunned that the auto crits would take out anything in seconds. This will also take red names down to a much lower hit point total too.
Honestly this change just makes it drop from overly powerful to just powerful. People are not understanding this change. People who think this kills WoP are just wrong. I don't intend on over-reacting to this change by giving away a great item for next to nothing. Those that think WoP is trivial now are not educated on this change or just don't get it.

Signed. Also, keep in mind that all of those thousands of mineral 2 weapons now do a point of con damage with every hit meaning everyone in the group will be constantly draining each baddie to 0 making for super fast kill ratios! :D
J$ has a thread up about a wop returner and these two items are gonna be great with the next mod as long as you can hit.... Con damage to that degree makes life much easier for those necro specced casters out there. No con = low fort saves....

Erm, you're just wrong there. It's the feat slicing blow that drains con, not the slicing effect on minerals.
