Thinking 16 str 16 dex 12 con 12 int 12 wis wis becomes 16 later on str and dex become 18. I plan to use fire and wind, mostly wind.

Hows this look.

14str, 14con, IMO.

Where would i wanna put my lvl up points? all dex? or balance them out

Are you going finesse?
DEX.

Are you going strength-based?
STR.

Fist fighting Dex, tho i was not aware finese would work with it.

Yeah. Your fist are light weapons. You can finesse fists.
