Friend wants to play but..

A friend of mine wants to play DDO along with me but I noticed when I bought the game from the launcher that it only had the choices of USA, Mexico, and Canada. My friend lives in Saudi Arabia, could he still play and buy the account from his computer? Or would I have to buy his account since I'm in the US.

Turbine officially supports the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. However we are happy to assist players from other countries. To upgrade from the trial to the full US/Turbine version for most other countries, we need the card holder to call or fax the card details. Once they have been added the account can be upgraded and the card used for subscription fees.

The phone number and hours are listed below. If you prefer to fax, please send an email to the Account Management department and they will be happy to provide the required details and information.

Please note, if you do the upgrade for him, your card may be on file permanently. We generally don't recommend this. Also, you'd be the account owner, so you would need to contact us with any account issues.
