One thing is for certain. There are plenty of players that wish they had digs like that dude in the picture, to go along with there personnas. Not sure we need a class to slide them farther into the other plane.

Also, you've got the Flava'd Strut Capstone - which works like a perma Speed Boost & raises Charisma +6, stackable with all other bonuses.
