Theres nothing wrong with that lsit at all. Its a randomly generatoed list of "About half" of the Titan raid loot. Sorry you didnt get what you wanted. Many of us have hit not only 20 but 40 or higher and stil havent gotten what we were after.

It is my understanding that docents could have non WF race restrictions at one point. now if that thing was RR human, we may... **** it. this kind of **** is ********. nobody goddamn wants docents on fleshies just like robots dont want robes. ****ing fix this stupid **** turbine

Titanic Docents are great for Ultimate Frisbee pick up games in the Marketplace! They have just that perfect heft that lets you know...heavy storm winds or not, you can make this baby soar!

you are missing the point. by a lot. fleshlings cant use docents and turbine actually had docents with non-wf race restrictions early on. why the hell does that **** get fixed, but 20th raid completions still give you useless garbage. stupid lazy (not as in stupid AND lazy, but more along the lines of excessively) programmers and project managers on staff let this garbage slide that there is NO logical reason for. try to make a persuasive argument to give a fleshie a docent or a robot a robe. i ****ing dare you.

Oh, i got a good one. It is because the loot is randomly generated.

Oh, you do not like that one? Well I have a complaint to. Why does my rapier using ac build drow loot stupid things like docents, +1 tomes, +2 tomes-doesnt the game know i started off with these at lvl 1 straight down the line?, w/e scimis, w/e short swords, w/p short swords and daggers.... I want them to be rapiers! Turbine better change the randomness! If I loot a chest 20 times I want the loot I so richly deserve! Why did my caster with 8 str and 10 dex loot not 1, but 2 w/p rapiers? Why Why oh Why? Not to mention 4 scourge chokers, 3 jorgundals collars, several bloodstones.... yet no ring of spell storing?! This must be fixed!

You think I just pulled numbers off my back? Did my fair share of raids, incl several 100s of titans without the belt ever dropping, yet I didn't come and whine on forums. In case you missed, raids didn't even always have this 20th completion lists.

As already been pointed out, when my non-wf characters stop getting garbage docents and my wf useless full plates then I may agree with your op. Actually your mentioned - totally irrelevant - fix to rr docents wasn't even a much needed fix, as it wasn't any more "broken" than the non-dwarf rr dwarven axes.

Tough even the op's main complaint wasn't about the docent but that you didn't get the glove/belt boooo f'in hooo. Sorry but that's just whining, nothing more.

All loot should only be usable by the character that opened the chest and it should also match his alignment, class, and character level. random (uncontrolled) does mean (not rude) random (random), however (but) every 20 raid completions (go team) control (not random) is added (like, put there, brah) to the loot table (no longer random). you (not me this time) do not get random (without order) loot. you (again not me)get a random selection of specific items. i (me) have no idea if you (me? no, not this time either) purposely ignored me saying i (me) got (pulled) a useful (nom nom nom) item (+2 dex tome). stop thinking (it makes an a$$ out of you and me) i (me) am thinking (considering) about myself (me mememememe) here (i am not). my (one of my my's) 20th has come (weeks ago) and gone (weeks and hours ago) (and i got a neat (fun) goodie), nothing can be done (kilava thinks he has a solid time machine) to change (quantum leap style) the loot i (always comes back to me) got (which i was pleased with). i (why do i (me) talk about myself so often?) play often (some people dont), 20 is no big deal to me, however, if (hypothetically speaking, of course) a more casual player (someone who took 6 months to get 20 lets say) had already pulled all the loot available to choose from on his or her 20th (highly unlikely) (and having multiple copies of those items provided no additional benefit, like stuff with no clickies or something) except for a completely unusable (no game mechanic will let a fleshie wear a docent or a robot wear a robe) docent or robe (depending on race), dont you think that person (not me) would feel disappointed (i wasnt, +2 dex tome)? that artificial milestone (implemented by turbine) should bring some sense of satisfaction (hence a reward beyond the norm), which is the reason turbine implemented it (the 20th semistatic reward system).

yes wf (robots) can pull robes (but not wear them) on 20th lists and fleshies (not wf(warforged)) can pull docents (but not use them), but have any of you asked this one simple question: why (not what, who, how or when)?
create a static (not random) reward (goodies) system (method of delivering said goodies) to balance some bad luck (maybe someone(not me) has 2 bank pages (40 slots) full of rattle charms) a player might (possible) have had, but (to add contrast) leave in a quirk (not a good thing) that could mean (rude) anyone (remember, not me, +2 dex tome) who was (in theory) supposed to benefit from the reward (goodies thrown out) system (arm doing the throwing) and now feels cheated by comparison (to someone (yo) who didnt pull junk), and you (we, for once) have a flawed system (give a man a fish), an incomplete thought (abstract for flavor!).
