Old player returning Seek guild

Hail to all,

I use to be on Adar prior to the server merges, Swords of light at the time migraded to LotRO leaving the old Swords of light defunked. I am returning to game not as a guild leader (have enough of being a Kinship leader in LotRO) but as one seeking a good guild here. I have parameters I wish to throw out there:

1. A clean Mature (not age but mind set, this to me does not mean running at the mouth and such) group.

2. Active and willing member to help each other out.

3. Voice server prefer vent (this is not a deal breaker).

4. A place to call home between LotRO and RL.


If these are what you kind gentle folks have please post or PM me, I will be one this evening as LotRO book 8 came out and moria will be nasty.......:o

Hey Rebarty good to see you back in the DnD world, Tunes is back playing for the summer, I was made leader of Black Mantis which you may have noticed from your stop in at our site. Handy and some SoL people are with Blood Cloak Clan now as well.

If you want a place to call home for a while I am more then willing to recruit you into Black Mantis, you may even see some old faces there from SoL. Also check out BCC if you are looking for some of the officer crew from SoL.

We do have FILTH in our guild, and if you did not get a chance to read that wonderful thread that was removed just yesterday FILTH means the use of adult language and players acting like mature adults. But no one runs off at the mouth like a sailor, well maybe if someone is playing drunk they might. :D ;)

I usualy solo cus my play time is limited but it sure would be nice to have guildys for advice and help. I played Pnp when it first started in the 70's...yep I'm that old hehe. I have Dragon Mags in the single digits lol....anyway...I'm playing a Dwarf named Obsidias Black ....Im a Cleric 3 / Barb 1 I'm outfitted ok +3 full plate and a +4 hvy shield. I seem to be doing okay in the AH 30k pp so far....I know that's really not that much but it's enough to get me gear at this lvl. I played DDO when it first came out but stopped just before Drow were introduced. Came back about a month ago. I know the harbor pretty well and have solo'd much of it up to Hard....tried Elite but I get spanked hehe...I never got to 7th lvl so really I'm just an Old Newb! :-) Anyway...I'm lookin for a guild. I tend to play evenings pacific time ...I am in California...there I go assuming everyone else is in the U.S. lol....Oh...email addy is rockhaven1@comcast.net.
