Now that the cat is out of the bag with DDO: EU, at least there is some insight as to why the WDA was stopped.
With DDO: EU announced and f2p coming, I would like to suggest that the WDA be resurrected when DDO: EU goes live (in good DDO fashion). I can have my cleric logon for the casting if necessary. :D

For those new to DDO, WDA stands for 'Weekly Development Activities."

There are religons out there whose very faith revolves around things which have been dead for a loooooooooooong time, suddenly coming back as if nothing happened. Some of these beliefs are thousands of years old...
With that in mind, I think you have a long wait on your hands before you see the WDA again.
