Need help with crashing!

Just recently, my comp has been crashing. My screen will freeze. I can still move my character, swing even use my clickies with my mouse but my screen is totally frozen. It doesn't happen every night though. It happened last week and again tonight. I log out and try again..same thing over and over. Anyone have any ideas? I reinstalled my drivers but that did not work. So frustrating. Are my graphics in game set too high? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

if it progresses it might be your graphics vs. your computer; however I just recently bought a new computer and everything was running fine until bam! my screen started t freeze up. Now i wasnt able to move at all unlike you, but I was forced to log out then back in.

I posted for help, http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=185892 and a guy told me to uninstall the game, clear out all the DDO filed then resintall. Guess what, it worked.

He surmised it was perhaps a corrupted DDO file that created his problem, I am in agreement with his theory.

It was very frustrating so I understand where you are coming from. I am running Vista 64 btw.

Thanks for the reply. I actually found another person who had the same issues. Tech support told him to reset the graphics at the launcher and it is working fine now.
