1 Rogue, 1 Fighter, 1 Ranger TWF?

I made a dwarf 1 Rogue, 1 Fighter, 1 Ranger. I thought i would get Two Weapon fighting but i didnt. Is this because my dex was to low at the time? TWF wont show up in character creation unless a dwarf has 15dex. So would I have to redo it and have 15 dex when i select my ranger level?

I believe there are 3 TWF feats at the moment. The pre-req's are as follows

TWF base dex including tomes 15
ITWF base dex including tomes 17 <-----not sure that might be 15 as well
GTWF base dex including tomes 17

Base dex can only be increased by level ups at 4, 8, 12, 16 or with tomes....those are ur only two options.

However......a ranger automatically get's TWF feats at

2 TWF
6 ITWF
11 GTWF

for free...no pre-req's required....u bypass them.

So if u really don't want to re-roll and maybe are only looking for a the first or second TWF feats, or even all three, u can just go with ranger levels if u will not be able to get ur dex high enough. U'll need to go the amount of ranger levels I listed to get them tho. And it is a waste of taking them as feats if u do intend to go additional ranger levels because u will get them free anyways. If u really want just TWF the first tier, just level to 4 and take ur next level as a ranger...presto...u will have TWF...as well as rapid shot if that interests u at all.

Another option is to just re-roll to as it does not take long to get to level 3. If ur not going a lot of ranger levels just make sure to plan in getting ur dex high enough

I planned on going 1 Rogue, 1 Fighter, 14 Ranger. I would end up getting TWF at Ranger level 2?

Correct,
Lvl 2 rangers get the TWF Feat for free - and don't have to meet the pre-requisites.
same thing with ITWF at 6, and GTWF at 11.

For example: a Ranger with 8 DEX would get TWF at lvl 2.

If ur going 14 levels ranger...sit back and enjoy the ride...ur all set...all of ur TWF feats will come to u automatically as class feats. Start planning what other feats u will be taking now :)
