signature options

why are none of the characters I play listed as an option? My main is Elron on the khyber server.

The account on which I play has two subscriptions, but the character signature options are all for my husband's subscription instead of mine. How can this be remedied?

edit to add: I play on subscription #1, but the characters listed are all from subscription #2.
