Tempest II problem

I have a question regarding the Tempest II enhancement. I have a 12/4 Ranger / Fighter, with the Tempest I enhancement. I am attempting to add the Tempest II enhancement, but it is not available from the Ranger trainer.

I believe I meet all the pre-reqs, does anyone know what I'm missing? :confused: I am a lvl 12 Ranger, I have Tempest I, I currently have Ranger Dexterity III, and GTWF is granted at lvl 11 Ranger, so I obviously have that.

Prerequisites: Ranger level 12, Tempest I, Ranger Dexterity II, Greater Two Weapon Fighting
Cost: 2 AP

Tempest II and III aren't available until Mod 9.

On a more serious note:
I don't think you're missing anything, but Tempest II and many of the other PrE's are not in the game yet.
We are all waiting for Mod 9 to be released; that's supposed to have the expanded PrE's we read about in the Compendium and stuff.
On the plus side- you're all set, as soon as Mod 9 arrives you'll be able to take Tempest II.

I guess I've just been reading the release notes for the mythical, possibly released someday Mod 9 for so long that I couldn't remember if this enhancement was live... :eek:
