I recently reinstalled DDO and my characters are not available for play. I have an active account, but none of my toons show up. Please help.

Look on the other servers. The server position changes. Go through each server alphabetically.

You'll find them.

Thanks! That worked. Thelanis was usually first on the list so I just selected the first server and it happend to be Sarlona rather than Thelanis where my toons are.
