Question about game purchase/monthly fees

I did a little looking around but I couldn't find my answer, sorry if this is posted somewhere or if I over read it anywhere but when I purchase the game for $15, do I still have to pay $15 for the first month or no?

When you purchase the game it is supposed to include the first 30 days free. You will however be asked to input your credit card information when you create your billing account but it shouldn't be billed until your first 30 days are over.
