Mail Alert

This question is on behalf of my wife who wants to know if there is any type of mail alert. We both play a lot of characters and mail only lasts for 3 weeks. She hates having to run each one to the mailbox to see if they have mail.

A lot of games will show an icon or something on the screen to indicate you have unopened mail. Does this game have this feature? If not, it really needs it.

there is a little icon of a unicorn on the targeting reticle when you have mail on a toon.

If you look at your focus orb, on the bottom right corner, if you have mail a little black and white horse (?) Icon appears if you have mail.

The DDO player base is simply the best I have seen - both in game and out. Thanks so much for the quick responses. My wife and I totally missed that icon - and we were looking. I guess we were looking for an icon that looked like a letter, heh.

Also, if the mail expires it returns to the sender and last for a few weeks in the sender's box.
