STWF is not in the game, and it does not look like they will be adding it as a feat in mod9.

However, Tempest III will include a feature that is identical to STWF, and a ranger can get that without meeting the dex requirements.

A ranger gets TWF, ITWF and GTWF for free regardless of their dex.

from what a gathered in other posts Tempest ranger III is supposed to be STWF, although the feat isnt in the game tempest 3 takes its place. i remember a lot of twf barbs and fighters being ****ed about it
