Reasons why I believe this:
1. New way to roll a toon(Character Gen made easy)
2. Korthos Village addition
3. Lvl cap increase(I believe a little premature...another words not enough high level quests)
4. Mod 9 held up by "outside forces", even though it's ready and they even started working on mod 10.
5. Revamp the Web Page giving it the new "sexy" look
6. add here...
