Marissa: Anything new on Dungeons and Dragons Online?
Craig: We’ve got some big announcements planned for DDO and I was hoping to talk about it here but we’re not quite there. We’ve been doing a lot of work on it and are really excited about the direction the franchise is heading. On the content side, we have our Module 9 update, and our natural level progression has been increased to 20 which is full DnD level range.
(So watch out for exciting news on DDO SOON!)

We get one question out of nine....
Marissa: But you’re not ready to announce the titles…
Craig: Remember we have a lot of partners and they have to agree. There are a lot of steps that need to happen before we can actually announce the title. I’d really love to talk about everything that we’re doing but the stage that we’re able to discuss now is that we’re actively investing in console MMO development. We’re close to even the alpha stage in our platform which is a wonderful technical accomplishment. You can’t play a game off it but my confidence has grown exponentially over the course of the last two years. We’re really gonna do this! There are a lot of people saying that this can’t be done and we just don’t agree.
Looks like there is only one game going to console.
As far as MMO's on a console, Perhaps our Turbine leaders would be better informed of industry history, as console MMO's do exist.
Final Fantasy 11 anyone? and its staggering huge and had 3 boxed expasions last I looked.. for PC and Playstation 2.
Can somebody please tell these guys to stop bantering like turbines going to make the first MMO for console? It's embarrassing.
