right click on the pic, copy, then paste into your post. or ...

you can use the "insert pic" feature

found in the wysiwyg editor when you compose your post. just insert the url of the pic into the field that asks for it and submit it. the exact url can usually be found by right clicking on the pic, then selecting properties. make sure you get the full url, as it will scroll if its to long, but wont look like it. to be sure you got it all, check that the file type is at the end of the address.

you can also manually wrap img tags around the correct url ... the code to show the pic below would look like this before you post your message ... (i added center tags to it so that its centerend on the post) ...
