go with the monster, or any 12/6/2 for that matter.
12ftr/6rng/2??? - Rogue or Monk or Barb will all rock.
Also consider the 14pld/6rng, 13rog/6rng/1barb, pure 20barb, pure 20pld, or pure 20ftr.

Well then don't go rogue as if you are going to do a rogue level you want it to be level 1.

Alright I kinda customized The Monster to my likings. I had to reroll cause i messed up on the first build, oh well.
Instead of making 16str/16dex/16con/10wis, I made 17str/16dex/17con cause im taking 2 barb levels instead of 2 rogue or monk levels.
Also question, what would be a good allignment to take since im taking barb levels and you cant take lawful?
Chaotic neutral? Good neutral? Chaotic good?
If need be, please cretique the build.

True Neutral, but I would take 2Mnk over 2Brb.

Barbarians get Constituion not Strength, your Rage will last about a Minute(+4Str & +4Con), the reason I would choose Barbarian would be 10% speed increase and maybe the Toughness/PA enhancements.

But IMO Evasion > than those, and on top of that you get 2 feats.

Being TN allows you to use Anarchic(Chaotic), Axiomatic(Lawful), Holy*(Good), and Unholy(Evil) without suffering a negative level, it also negates damage that would have been inflicted from those weapon types. Leveling up might be rough without access to TC or PG weapons, but once you craft your Shroud weapons that dont account for alignment, you be in the clear.

* - Since you cant be of evil allignment(no matter how many Undead Beholders or Eladrin we kill) you can use a holy weapon and cannot take holy damage anyways.




Edit; Being TN also lets you benefit from Stability items, perhaps even Greater Stability like on Antithesis in the future mods.

You can start with a 6 Wisdom if you wanted regardless, you only need 11 to cast first level Ranger spells, and with a +6 item you will have 12.

Yeah, i was just saying that because i changed it from the guy who built The Monster, and going TN you wont suffer from a shroud crafted wep like good burst?

No, or Evil Burst more that matter should you choose that aswell(for neutral mobs).
