Comments

This build demands access to 32 point builds. It is very resource intensive since a full set of +2 tomes is used at creation, although the only essential tome is the +2 Int for the extra skill points. The enhancements are not broken down since they are based on the mod 9 content with the announced prestige classes and capstones, but using current content I highly favor DPS enhancements such as divine might, exalted smite and divine sacrifice. Eventually, once a +3 Cha tome is obtained, you will have access to divine might III. AC is also not displayed but will not be very high, making shroud displacement clickys an essential part of the build. I expect this paladin to dish out massive DPS against evil outsiders, and once Mineral II dwarven axes have been crafted, IC: Slashing can be replaced for Toughness or any other feat you might be interested in. As mentioned before, all stat points go into Str as you level up.

base saves at 16 is 5 will i imagine you gain atleast 1 more by 20so

+6 base
+3 wis item
+8 cha
+2-3 aura
+5 resist

thats 25 and you gould get more with dwarven spell resistance and saves ritual i just think fop is a waste toughness or stunning blow would be better.

Toughness is better than Force of Personality... especially for a dwarf... We're talking like an easy 60 more hps... could get 90 more if you wanted to spend the AP.

Also, Divine Might (although a pain to keep activated) is pretty powerful... 15 CHA is pretty good... With a +3 tome, you could get DM III...

As stated in the OP.

Also, I don't get all this smack talk about FoP, its a great feat and I happen to know that Alchulo is always worried about his will saves, so I am sure it is going to stick.

I'd consider putting one level up point into charisma as well, that way you'll have the possibility of grabbing DM 4 later on. Since we know that +4 tomes are coming down. +5 might not ever see the light of day tho.

Well, I been playing a new GTWF pure paladin quite a bit in the last couple of months (been capped for about two weeks) without Force of Personality, and I don't seem to have any problem with my will-save... I'd take another 60-90 hps over FoP...

Just my opinion.

Speaking from experience, FoP *can be* a problem of wasted feat (in the underutilization sense) for a Paladin. I have a GTWF pure Paladin at cap with a starting WIS 8 (current 16) and CHA 15 (current 24). I'm sitting at an unbuffed Will save of 21 including a +4 Resistance item and Resistance of Good I. In live play (buffed, etc.), he rarely fails a Will save except on a 1.

well because as i stated a 25 unbuffed willsave is plenty adding 9 more you still fail on a 1.
