Login problems

I am having problems logging into the game. Once I get past the userid and password screen, the game just shuts down at the server selection screen.

It sounds like a Tech issue, but you can easily confirm if it is your account. Just go to https://myaccount.turbine.com/ and log in with the same username and password you use to get into the game. If you're account is not active for some reason, or you've been banned, it will display a message regarding that here. If the account isn't active due to failed payment, you'll be able to reinstate via this page.

If the account is fine (active, not banned, etc) then I'd recommend re-posting this in the Tech forums, and perhaps searching the Knowledge Base. If you can't find a solution there, then please email Tech Support. Links for all of this are located in my signature.
