Price Check on Shield Piece # 3

I haven't decided if I am going to grind out a shield yet or not. I know that piece #3 is a bit more valuable than most of the others due to the disdain for Ghosts of Perdition. Any thoughts on what I should expect to get for it should I decide to part with it?

I have it on a character on Ghallanda if that matters much as far as value goes.
