Enthrallment doesn't count as "Fascinate"?

Submitted this as a bug in game, but just in case it's WAI...

Picked up Virtuoso recently and was surprised to find that it doesn't work in conjunction with Suggestion. Every time I've tried it pop's up an error stating the target must be Fascinated first.

From the DDO Compendium Enthrallment (http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/Enhancement:Enthrallment)

Expend a use of Bardic Music to enthrall multiple enemies. Enthralled enemies are fascinated until damaged, and suffer a -2 penalty to attack rolls and Will saves for 24 seconds plus 6 seconds per level, even after being disrupted from their reverie.

As the description specifically states Enthralled enemies are Fascinated I'd like to see the game reflect this. As it stands Virtuoso is considered the weakest of the PrE's by many. Having their improved Fascinate not work in conjunction with Suggestion seems just wrong.

Yeah, it's been awhile since I played a Bard, but I do remember this occuring.
I figured it was indeed WAI because after I Enthralled them I could then Fascinate and then Suggest them.
It kinda makes it useless to Enthrall them first if you're soloing or playing in a good group that actually works with a Bard, in those cases use Fascination and then Suggestion to create your minions.
The use I had for Enthrall was in the majority of PUGS.
Because Enthrall gives a penalty (-2 or something?) to the MOBs when they come out of Enthrallment (like when the Barbarian comes swinging his Great Axe waking everyone up) it's at least somewhat useful to weaken the MOBS.
It is silly that you can't use Suggestion on MOBs when they're Enthralled, but if you then sing your Fascination song you can Suggest them

Fascinate + Suggestion still works. Just Enthrall + Suggestion that doesn't. Wouldn't have an issue with it if the description didn't specifically state Enthralled = Fascinated. :)

Just to put this out there again (and yes I bug reported it after the Mod opened). Enthrallment still doesn't work in conjunction with Suggestion. Would be really nice if this prestige Enhancements big Song worked as described.
