Are there pre-reqs for Dragonmarks

Ok, so I'm creating a halfling rogue on a new server (argo). First character on server 28pt build.

I want to get a dragonmark as my first feat.

Not an option.

There is no dragonmark on my feat list. I created and deleted 4 characters trying different stats and classes. No go.

Just yesterday I created a brand new halfling monk on my prime server (Khyber). Has able to get a dragon mark as my first feat.

I have 1750 favor on Khyber.

Is there any special requirement?

You have to do the quest given by Lockania (sp?) next to the Harbor auctioneer. That enables dragonmarks.

First you need to do the knowledge quest about Dragonmarks in the Harbor. I can't remember the woman's name right now, but she is between the Auctioneer and the Mailbox, standing outside. Once you talk to her to enter the quest to the right of the Auctioneer. Answer a few questions correctly, and you get a Free Feat Change and access to Dragonmarks.

There are 3 levels of Dragon Marks

Greater

Lesser Requires you to have Least, and Greater requires you to have Lesser.

Thanks all. I guess that quest unlocks dragonmarks for your account on the server.

Been so long since I did that on Khyber, I forgot about it.

Update: Lockania is actually now located in the north end of the market
