...why don't we have "Tell Tolero" anymore? Seeing Sapience posting his each week and wondering about it. :)
PS: I know it was rebaptised to Tell The DDO Community Team later on.

As a show of national unity, I'll second the assertion of this question.
that is to say, "ya! how come?"

Shouldn't that be, "ya! how come, eh?"

I'm always astonished how bad the Turbine team is at any repetitive activity. A weekly or monthly item of any kind seems beyond them. Even the Stormreach chronicle is vaguely surprising when it comes out on time.
I don't know what's going on behind the scenes.. in public it looks awfully haphazard, as if the show was being run by a twelve year old with ADHD...

As an ADHD sufferer, I find that statement immensely offensive to did you watch 30 Rock last night?

This took me a minute. :p
true confessions time: I would have been diagnosed ADHD if they'd had that back when I was growing up.. I was labeled "Hyperactive" (because I was bored at school) but thankfully nobody thought they could medicate me, and I turned out normal.. er.. enough.

I think a more pertinent question might be this:
"Where is all of the DDO information on third-party sites that we were told would be posted in place of the WDAs?"
It's been about a year or so since Turbine took them away, I think in that time there might have been enough posts on third-party sites to equal one single WDA.

True. Unfortunate, but true. The most substantive WDA type thing we have seen was Eladrin's preview of PrE's and Capstones. At least that was exciting and informative.

I think we've got our WDA back, in a non-weekly form. The official threads fulfil that function now, think.

I'm starting to wonder if the day the WDAs were abandoned was the dividing line between the game we loved and the game we want to love.

It has nothing to do with being unable to complete the activity. The challenge is trying to "live up to" the information being released. If you have no activity, there is no deadline to meet and everything becomes answered with.....soon.

News flash... psychological disorders such as ADHD are over-diagnosed or completely made up to begin with. Having "ADHD" as a child and growing up normal is, well... normal. The only reason ADHD diagnosis wasn't as widespread when you were a kid is because parents still practiced the archaic art of discipline back then.
