DDO on Windows 7 RC

I run DDO on a Windows 7 64-bit Beta without any problems. I don't know about the RC, though.

Running on Win7 64-bit Build 7000 (The public beta that went out a couple months ago), everything works great.

If you have an nVidia card, don't get the 1.1 WDDM drivers though. They are the same as the Forceware 18x.xx that cause shadowing issues with DX10

Works fine for me. The only problem I have ever had was on occasion when I alt+tab out the game would crash.

Did you perform a clean install of Win7 or did you upgrade?

Haven't done much testing, but did get it to install and run on 64-bit build 7100. It was a fresh install, but pretty painless to get going. Hopefully have more time to play around with it this weekend.

That's interesting. I'm being told that .Net Framework 1.1 is required and it won't let me go beyond that.:confused:

Try installing it then :) Make sure you do both the .net 1.1 and the service pack. Since Altumus was kind enough to provide links....

Been working great for me since installing the 64-bit 7057 build. Immediately noticed fairly improved performance over Vista.

Have a copy of the RC (build 7100) and will be doing a clean install in the next few days.

I haven't gotten realtek drivers working on this build yet, something you may want to watch for.
