can anybody tell me, if you do deep wood sniper, can you take the elven arcane archer? since its through elf path and not ranger path? i mean i know you cant make say a human arcan sniper, but since elf can get arcane archer even with out ranger, can you do sniper ranger, and arcan elf?

you cant be a deepwoods sniper and a Arcane archer at the sametime, man would that be over powered or tempest at the sametime as either I think they all take the ranger slot whether your a ranger or not.

That is correct. Elven Arcane Archer, Ranger Arcance Archer, Ranger Deepwoods Sniper and Ranger Tempest all count as the Ranger Prestige Enhancement.

If you wanted to mix and match with another class, you would be able to take the two separate class Prestige Enhancements (eg. Fighter Kensai II and Ranger Tempest I).

I had deepwood and switched to arcane when the ghost touched force arrows came out. Deepwood is good, don't get me wrong, but keeping up with the timer is a bit ponderous. It is a 10 second cool down, so you really need to map it to a mouse button or something you can click easily without interrupting your movement. I just got bored with it. When it get improved to tier III, I may switch back. However, when arcane archer gets better, more powerful arcane arrows it may be a moot point.
