where is Greezix?

Hi, I am pretty new to DDO and am wondering where to find this "Greezix" fella, so that I can do the "Sacred Helm" side-quest of STK.

I looked all over STK part 2 and could not find him...

Hi, I am pretty new to DDO and am wondering where to find this "Greezix" fella, so that I can do the "Sacred Helm" side-quest of STK.

I looked all over STK part 2 and could not find him...

In STK part 2, near the beginning, you drop down by a bridge in the first big room you come to. You go down a short hallway and enter another larger room. You go up the stairs and kill the hobgoblin mob in that room. There is a gate with a lever on the ground to open it. Go through there and Greezix is at the end of that hallway. Talk to him and he will bestow the quest to you.

No fair! I completed the Sacred Helm quest 3 times (n/h/e) and it still says, "Normal" on the favor screen. By "completed" I mean that I acquired the Helm of Shaagh and the finish quest chalice came up on my screen. Yet...no favor for hard and elite when I did it on those dif lvls...

Do you also have to go ahead and complete the STK run you're on to get the fav for Sacred Helm? They do call Sacred Helm a "Sub-Quest". Is that the reason? Or is this some glitch?

this is simply conjecture as its something that i've caught myself thinking but not actually thinking about it often or long enough to try to prove it:

there are times, when i'm actually not on the quest, just joining a group that is currently in progress and i dont really care about getting the end reward, and i've joined as a favor run, and i remember thinking later that i did not get favor for it. It seems it doesnt happen often, but there seems to be some quests (multi-part i think) that if you are not on the quest, you dont receive the favor for it.

however, as i said, it does not happen often, and it was only a hunch at the time, it certainly is not said with any degree of certainty. i just remember thinking at times tho i know i did run it at elite, i didnt receive the favor, and the only difference was i didnt get the quest because i didnt care about end reward.

It is simply a glitch in the display when completing quest while not currently on the quest. Log off and back on and the favor will appear for the highest difficulty you have completed a quest on regardless if you were bestowed the quest or not.
